Sessions start with a chat where we collect your detailed history. We talk about what you are wanting to achieve and build a goal towards it. ​

We then head to the Kinesiology table where we facilitate the balance. This will include a variety of techniques, vibrational remedies and home reinforcement activities so that the benefits from the balance are continued into your daily life.

Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring (bio-feedback) to identify stresses or patterns in your body that may be causing dis-ease. ​​Working with Kinesiology ​techniques and energy healing principles a balance uncovers the underlying cause of emotional stress. 

Kinesiology helps to clear blocks, release unhelpful patterns & helps you connect to your own power and inner knowing.

Depending on the age, sessions start by chatting directly with the child about how they are feeling and what is happening in their life. Every parents wish is for their child to feel healthy, calm, confident, happy and loved within themselves. 

I always ensure to provide a safe, comfortable and fun place for children to share their feelings. Parents/guardians at times are requested to be in the consulting room and may be asked to participate in treatments.

Kinesiology is a gentle treatment that can work wonderfully well with supporting children to make sense of all their big feelings.

Every Kinesiology session is unique and flows according to your child's needs, with the use of various aids and techniques to help them verbalise their worries and issues. Children are able to release and express their feelings helping them feel more calm and balanced.
